We were thrilled with the job(s) Urbizo Brother Roofing company did. We have two properties in Leavenworth, WA, and couldn’t get anyone on the east side to give us a bid. We saw a UBR crew working on a home on Whidbey Island, and a light bulb went off wondering if they would help us out by traveling to Leavenworth. They did with no hesitation. They were reasonably priced, fast, efficient, and safety was paramount for the crew. They covered everything to minimize breakage and cleanup. As a matter of fact, there was NOTHING to clean up after the left! The roofs are beautiful, and our brother was so impressed, he hired Urbizo Brother Roofing to re-roof his house too! We only wish we knew they did gutters too, we would have added that to the job as well. We highly recommend Urbizo Brother Roofing, without any hesitation.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof. The crew were very professional, courteous, and skilled. The project manager, Phil, was so easy to work with. He gave us a very thorough estimate and explanation of the work to be done and then visited the site several times to see if we had any questions or concerns. This was a completely new roof as we were changing out from cedar shake to Presidential TL asphalt shingles which required adding plywood underlayment. The old roof removal was done quickly and all debris was removed each night–clean up was exceptional. They also installed 5 new sky lights, new gutters, added ridge venting and removed two old solar tubes we no longer needed. We liked it so much we actually had them come back out and roof our garden shed to match the house. A lot of work done very well. We would definitely recommend Urbizo Roofing.

Urbizo Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof in May of 2018. I waited 4 months to write this review in case I found any problems after heavy heavy rains and after I had a chance to look closely at my new roof while cleaning gutters. I am happy to report no problems. Additionally, the tear off and installation took only 3 days and the crew was very good about cleaning up each day and protecting my landscaping. On the 2nd day I decided I wanted to replace one skylight (not included in the original estimate). I sent a late night e-mail and Urbizo sent a skylight out with the truck to be installed on the last day of work. One minor disappointment: They use only brown or black drip edging. All my trim is white and the black drip edging looks too “heavy”. The one place I notice the black drip edging most is over my small front porch. I plan to spray paint the drip edging white. You might consider requesting another color of drip edging to match your trim if it is available. Overall I am satisfied with the price, quality of materials & craftsmanship, the use of drip edging all the way around, rain & ice shield where needed, metal valleys, ridge vent, and 10 year installer’s warranty.

Last week we had the Urbizo Brothers replace the roof on our 15 year old manufactured home.
Their crew arrived on time, worked together as a team with few breaks. After removing the old roof
we found that 39 sheets of plywood were delaminated due to moisture and had to be replaced. The
job was still finished by the end of the second day and then all cleaned up.

We are very happy with the work done and would recommend them for any roofing jobs.
